Generation Z includes anyone born from the late 1990s to the early 2010’s and in America this is the largest generation in history. The oldest members of Generation Z are just starting to enter the workforce!

Generation Z is the most connected generation. They were born after the internet was created, so they know no different. According to Zero Cater “36% of Gen Z said equality is the most important cause they want their employers to support. 60% said they would support companies that take a stand on human rights, race, and sexual orientation.”
The Nomenclature for different Generations are known as:
The Silent Generation: Born 1928-1945 (74-91 years old)
Baby Boomers: Born 1946-1964 (55-73 years old)
Generation X: Born 1965-1980 (39-54 years old)
Millennials: Born 1981-1996 (22-38 years old)
